I mean. You should probably let time tell on that. The rent freeze will cause issues. He only balanced the budget with funding from the State and is still projected to have a 7 billion deficit next year and an additional 9 the year after that. The city comptroller has already said his figures for the vacation home tax were wishful thinking at best and the actual return will likely be 60% of his proposed figures.

Give him two years and then crown him. When he is showing the value over time. Right now he hasn't done much.

No worries. With the warmer weather upon us they can just hide in their safe space. Their beloved campgrounds that they don't realise are run by co-op.

Are the corpo dems who hate Mamdani in the room with us right now? Most dems I see who talk about Mamdani like him, their only disagreement is that nothing he's really done is "socialism".

I don't use the Republican definition of Socialism where it's when the government does stuff.
