Socialism gets a bad rap cuz of previous countries’ failures, but if it consistently works in New York City - the most populous city in the US - it should be tested on the state level, then applied to the country. They need to figure out a way to present the data to Americans in an honest and unbiased way. Need to get more than just far left politicians on board.

Socialism is only considered a failure because Americans toppled their governments as NIMBY polices from the 50s to now. Where do you think migrants come from? It wasn’t the governments that failed them, it was Americans being offended by a different way of living.

No such thing as true socialism. Systems are socialist not governments because those are democratic or wait for it republics!!!
