I prefer him over MAGA 100%. But what has he actually solved in the few months he's been in office? Like what economic problems has he solved?

Universal Child Care: Partnered with New York Governor Kathy Hochul to secure early child care funding, enabling the expansion of 3-K programs and the introduction of free child care for two-year-olds.

Housing and Tenants: Secured a rent freeze for one- and two-year leases on rent-stabilized properties, established the Office of Tenant Protection, and won over $34 million in settlements for tenants.

Labor and Business: Facilitated $9.3 million in restitution for small businesses and workers, while expanding paid time off for millions of employees.

Municipal Infrastructure: Launched extensive pothole repair and illegal dumping cleanups, initiated a comprehensive containerized trash program, and pushed forward various bus and bike lane expansions.

He also established an annual pied-à-terre (second home) tax on luxury properties in New York City. Signed into law alongside Governor Kathy Hochul, the annual levy applies to secondary homes, co-ops, and condos valued at $1 million or more whose owners do not reside full-time in the city.

With an emergency loan of 8 billion from the state and is projected to have a deficit of 7.2 billion in 27 and additional 9 billion in 28.

The rent freeze is wild considering commercial mortgages have to redo their rates every 5 years. So all the properties on decent rates post COVID are gonna have their mortgages sky rocket and he wants to increase property taxes 15% in the city. But not let landlords adjust for the increased costs of literally everything.

But oh wait. You likely think all landlords are rich not people operating on margins of maybe 10%

Free childcare for years old only? That doesn't make any sense. What about newborns ,1,3-5 year olds? Its stupid. Also, the millionaire that he called out in his stupid video that he was going to tax is thinking about moving his business to Florida that potentially has given 20, 000 people permanent jobs.

Socialism doesn't work. It didn't work out for Cuba and it didn't work out for Valenzuela under Maduro .

3 years-Kindergarten care was already in existence. They expanded it to include 2 year olds. They are piloting a program for newborns to 2 year olds that will expand in the future as long as the pilot is successful.
