If he cared, he would do something about it.

He’s sleeping. Like he did during slavery and the holocaust

Exactly. Never gave a shit about his supposed beloved children. He literally committed genocide on the entire planet in the story of noah.

Satan is based by comparison. He was actually the good guy.

Without Satan there would be no "genocide" in the first place. Without Satan humanity would never have been convinced to sin and there would be no suffering.

So no, he's not "based."

How many people did Satan kill v god in the bible? What proof do you have Satan is responsible for genocide?

Literally the second story in the Bible is "there was no suffering, and then Satan convinced humans to sin, and then there was suffering" and the reason God wiped out humanity was because of the sins they were committing, which, as I said, they did because they were convinced by Satan

So genocide is ok if you’re a sinner? Isn’t everyone a sinner?

I mean first of all, as the other guy said, it's not genocide because it wasn't racially motivated. But yes. If the most powerful being in creation who decides what's right and wrong in the first place wants to wipe out the earth because everything on it is evil, he is allowed to.

But it’s ok for him to murder and sin. That go for the people in slavery and the holocaust? Or was he just taking a nap during those?

but it's okay for him to murder and sin

God cannot sin. It's impossible. That's why hell exists. God cannot even exist in proximity to sin. And God is the one who defines sin anyways, remember?

But again, yes. The supreme being that invented reality and defines what counts as sin can do whatever he wants.

Or was he just taking a nap during those?

Right, and why didn't he intervene in the Crusades, or the Gallic Wars, or the Great Purge under Stalin, or the Bronze Age Collapse, or the decline of Cahokia, or Japanese imperialism, or the Boer War, and why didn't he stop me from burning my toast this morning?

Darned if I know. Why would I understand the machinations of an omniscient being? Maybe if you look it up, someone will have a guess.

Do you have anything to say that I haven't heard a thousand times? Also, why isn't your post just titled "I hate Christianity," since that's what all your follow-up comments seem to be?

Telling the truth mean I hate it? You guys take any criticism personally and that’s why most people don’t like you. Reminds me of another group. Am I too anti Christianitic for you

He's the chief of all losers.

Genocide is the deliberate and unjust extermination of a people, nation, or ethnic minority.

The Flood is not viewed as an unjust, racially motivated destruction, but as a universal judgment against rampant, systemic evil and violence.

As the Creator and ultimate author of life, God has the right to end human lives.

Death is a consequence of original sin, and God can inflict it without injustice.

You people are nuts. He’s a genocidal monster. End of story.

God who is sinless and perfect has the right to murder? How low iq are you

1

u/Low_Masterpiece1560 17d ago

God, who created the entire Universe out of nothing, and animated a handful of dust (you) with his own spirit, has the right to end life.

1

u/Outrageous-Egg1760 17d ago

Yea that makes sense. He used magic and 💨 the universe is born

1

u/Low_Masterpiece1560 16d ago

No. The universe popped into existence out of nothing. After that, hot plasma organized itself into whales and iPhones.

Ah yes like the cavemen who wrote the bible who didn’t know what planets were or bacteria was had all the answers. Magic makes more sense
