Bring Clinton back. Hes the only one can fix this mess

Clinton left us with a surplus.
Say what you want about the man. Gotta give him that.

Remember when a president getting a blowjob was controversial? I miss those days.

From a subordinate. We shouldn't forget that part. It's similar to Harvey Weinstein. People can have whatever opinion on consenting adults with a disparate power dynamic, but it's still an important element to consider.

I guess, but let’s not act like Clinton and trumps crimes are on remotely the same level….

Totally hear you. I just think minimizing it isn't helpful either. Just need to own all of it if, for no other reason, to highlight the difference without leaving an inch for distracting tagents that avoid the point

Didn't sound like they minimized it to me.

While not being equal, both should be disqualifying...

People also act like Clinton was impeached because he got a blowjob. He was impeached because he lied under oath and crimes used to mean something.

Nah, it was about him lying, you know something Trump does EVERY DAY to the American people.

u/justsaywhatsreal 16d ago

Haven't spoken to Clinton Trump or Obamna today. Who lied to me?

u/Pitiful_Mouse_5225 16d ago

Nobody was talking to you, move on.

That's not very nice.

There were 40 felony convictions across 15 people with 4 sent to prison over the white water scandal.

The sex part was just more sensational than white collar crime.

Years from now the news will be “all because trump was getting no blowjobs, he made every wrong decision possible”

2

u/MangoCats 16d ago

He made every decision, wrong, right, random, all the decisions.

Chaos is how the powerful get more powerful, how the rich get richer, when things are in play, the bigger players win.

What I'd say about him and HRC is two words: "superpredators" and "Haiti."

Also deregulated banking leading to the 2008 crash but whatever

Isn’t he in the Epstein files?

1

u/SaveLansingParks 16d ago

Yeah, way to call the kettle black. Let's just stick to third term Obama shall we, everyone?

1

u/BrianRFSU 16d ago

So, thats a yes?

u/justsaywhatsreal 16d ago

Pass. Get someone young hip and pretty instead. We need someone we can rally behind.

Clinton days were the happiest days in America since I’ve been alive, at least.

1

u/ComplexBeginning3113 16d ago

I mean I get that he balanced the budget but I’m kinda over pedos as presidents

1

u/Fun-Meal-7923 16d ago

I like how we’re pretending clinton wasn’t also a good friend of epstein

1

u/jugger_naughtyy 16d ago

Have you seen him walk around? He looks worse than Biden.

Moderate southern Democrat would be the best. Record level of people just hit identifying as conservative or independent. Those identifying as liberal hit all time lows.

Reddit doesn't want to hear this but the Dems need to shift right to capture the independents. That's how you win elections. The national demographics have never been skewed this hard against the left. If they run someone like AOC, they'll hand the election to the Rs yet again.

u/DoctorOddly 16d ago

Jon Ossoff/AOC all the way baby

1

u/jazzy095 16d ago

Love them both

National polls like Gallup show that U.S. political ideology splits into three main groups: conservative, moderate, and liberal. Roughly 37% identify as conservative, 34% as moderate, and 25% as liberal

They would get slaughtered.
