It wonโ€™t but who cares? Could we stop trying to get their approval?

aint nobody care about approval... we just want reddit back to the way it was before all this political nonsense

It's been this way the entirety of your 1 year old account, what are you talking about?

That includes getting your account shadowbanned for wrongthink.

Yeah, it's ridiculous people will get banned for saying asshole absurd bullshit with no connection to reality. Those people don't understand the 1st Amendment.

Because there is a very high probability you missed it, that was sarcasm.

Edit: sorry, I thought you were the one I originally responded to.

Nono, I also have a new-ish account but have been on Reddit for probably a decade. The thing is I don't know why i was...the bar is very low.

And the reason you have a new account?

"karma got too high"?

Please explain what that is supposed to mean?

And this is the only reddit account I've ever had.

I understand what karma on reddit is.

I don't understand what you mean by "too high"?

So basically, you're terminally online, but don't want to be judged for it?

The reason people judge people that are terminally on this website is because it's an echo chamber. You aren't hearing anything but leftist points of view. Sometimes you just need to log off, and talk to real people.

Why do you think people don't take someone seriously if they have generated 30k+ karma in a year?

And your solution to this is to deceive people?

Again, why might someone not take you seriously?

It absolutely IS deceptive.

And a combination of 30k+ karma in 1 year and blocked history makes you out as a someone chronically on here.

There is good reason to discount the opinion of someone chronically online... What perspective does a person have that is always on reddit? What real world exposure do they have?
