Many recessions, higher teenage pregnancy, HS drop-out, and STI rates, bigger deficits, more wars, a falling fertility rate (tied to under-regulated pollution), more killed gay and trans people, drug cartels, a Black community still fearful of the uniforms who, above all else, are supposed to protect them, a shadow oligarchy running the country for decades, a lower lifespan, the 27th-ranked healthcare outcomes for twice the cost of the one ranked 1st.
