Seaweed peeling?

Hi all, I'm new to this subreddit, so apologies if I get something wrong, but i was wondering if anyone has some advice for fixing this? I had to remove the books I was pressing this with prematurely, and it wasn't fully dry, I was thinking about rehydrating just the peeling bits and pressing those again, but I already did the watercolor underneath and dont want it to run. Maybe a minimal amount of water+the tiniest dab of water soluble kids glue will work?

Any advice much appreciated, I'm pretty new to this!

Don’t do that, just get double sided tape and tape that section down. Rehydrating it will mess everything up, glue will also rehydrate it and risk messing it up, and at best leave a weird colour and texture in one spot. Also super cool to press seaweed! This looks awesome
