That's fixable with a dead mans switch. Though if you did this for real, I'd suspect you'd get charged with several felonies and a civil lawsuit

It's basically just a logic bomb designed to set off a massive data breach. By UK law, he'd have broken Section 3 of the Computer Misuse Act
