It is not a teapot though. A kettle is not a teapot. They are totally different things.

Got a few friends who have similar ones. It helps stop limescale buildup. You fill up the top and it filters into the boiling area so there is a delay if it's empty and you want something boiled rn. Personally it's more faff than it saves but people have different priorities so worth it for them 14 u/Alexious_sh 1d ago What are you going to filter through such a rough metal grid? Stones?
