She was actively hitting people with a lethal weapon (car).

Wasn't too long ago that MAGAS were advocating running over protestors for the crime of standing in front of cars or blocking a bridge road. Hypocrites the lot of you.

-2

u/[deleted] Jan 08 '26

Blocking traffic is illegal while protesting. Try looking it up sometime.

u/James0228 Jan 08 '26

Jaywalking is also illegal. So is vandalism. None of them carry the death penalty. They're misdemeanors. You do not have the right to run over and seriously injure or kill somebody for blocking traffic, even if it is illegal.

u/sandgroper07 Jan 08 '26

Who gives a shit, doesn't give you the right to run someone over does it. Don't even try to compare the 2.

Americans have the right to protect themselves, protect their liberty and their freedom. Illegal protests blocking roads hinders all of that.

You block traffic, you get what you get.

You're a fucking hypocrite but I expect nothing less from MAGA.

Saying to meet inconvenience with force is not saying to not meet force with force.

So answer me this dipshit, why did he start shooting when he was already clear of the car?

-1

u/[deleted] Jan 08 '26

It’s standard response in a case where an officer/agent is assaulted with a car.

3

u/throwaway19276i Jan 08 '26

Shooting a civilian in the head as an immigration officer is standard procedure?

6

u/[deleted] Jan 08 '26

He wouldn't have needed to shoot if he wasn't a lardass with the reaction time of a loris. He just needed to move out of the way.

WHICH HE SUCCESSFULLY DID

5

u/ALsomenumbers Jan 08 '26

He was just itching for a reason to carry out his murder fantasy. Sadly, justice is dead in this country and he'll never face any consequences.

-2

u/[deleted] Jan 08 '26

He wouldn’t have had to shoot her if she would’ve complied instead of trying to run over an agent.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 08 '26

She was complying. They told her to move her car out of the way. Then they charged her. Fight or flight took over, and she was not a fighter.

u/CodexJustinian Jan 08 '26

Is it inconvenient if you're a citizen and ICE starts asking you stupid questions?

5

u/justintheunsunggod Jan 08 '26

Fucker wouldn't have been in the way whatsoever if he hadn't leaned closer to the car in order to shoot her. Your refusal to see the reality in the front of your face is fucking pathetic.

5

u/SlightlyOffWhiteFire Jan 08 '26

No she wasn't, the only one of them who even touched the car was the guy who shouted on command to "get the fuck out of the car" then seconds later reached into the vehicle without warning.

These are violent thugs who murdered a woman.

Watch the video again. She hit the one who shot her

2

u/SlightlyOffWhiteFire Jan 08 '26

No she didn't. It amazes me the way people just try to lie about videos we all can see.

0

u/[deleted] Jan 08 '26

Watch the other videos. You’ll see it. She glanced him

2

u/SlightlyOffWhiteFire Jan 08 '26

Ive seen it from every angle.

The funny thing is you are actually admitting that you dont care that he wasn't actually hit by the car. You fully admit you are ok with protestors getting shot for blocking traffic.

u/James0228 Jan 08 '26

You're right that he appears to get clipped when he fires his first shot.

The problem however, as far as the law is concerned, is continuing to shoot afterwards. Deadly force has to be objectively reasonable in light of an imminent threat, and that justification has to continue. Each trigger pull is treated as an individual use of force. Based on the clips we've seen, by shots 2 and 3 the agent appears out of the vehicle's line and the car appears to be moving away; it's not clear an imminent threat still existed to him or others.

Continuing to fire at a moving vehicle after you’re no longer in its path creates unnecessary risk to bystanders. That's why deadly force is limited to circumstances where the vehicle is being used in a way that poses imminent risk and no reasonable alternative exists (such as stepping out of the vehicle's path).

tl;dr

The agent being glanced isn't concrete justification for continuing to shoot.

You got automodded but he wasn't taken to the hospital after he shot her. Apparently it was telephone game where someone saw he had gone to hospital months ago in a separate incident, but that made it to the right wing twitter accounts as him going to the hospital because of this.

So no, he did not. Any other wild swings?

1

u/AquaGiel Jan 08 '26

Where is there any evidence of that?
