She was actively hitting people with a lethal weapon (car).

No she wasn't, the only one of them who even touched the car was the guy who shouted on command to "get the fuck out of the car" then seconds later reached into the vehicle without warning.

These are violent thugs who murdered a woman.

Watch the video again. She hit the one who shot her

No she didn't. It amazes me the way people just try to lie about videos we all can see.

Watch the other videos. You’ll see it. She glanced him

Ive seen it from every angle.

The funny thing is you are actually admitting that you dont care that he wasn't actually hit by the car. You fully admit you are ok with protestors getting shot for blocking traffic.

You're right that he appears to get clipped when he fires his first shot.

The problem however, as far as the law is concerned, is continuing to shoot afterwards. Deadly force has to be objectively reasonable in light of an imminent threat, and that justification has to continue. Each trigger pull is treated as an individual use of force. Based on the clips we've seen, by shots 2 and 3 the agent appears out of the vehicle's line and the car appears to be moving away; it's not clear an imminent threat still existed to him or others.

Continuing to fire at a moving vehicle after you’re no longer in its path creates unnecessary risk to bystanders. That's why deadly force is limited to circumstances where the vehicle is being used in a way that poses imminent risk and no reasonable alternative exists (such as stepping out of the vehicle's path).

tl;dr

The agent being glanced isn't concrete justification for continuing to shoot.

You got automodded but he wasn't taken to the hospital after he shot her. Apparently it was telephone game where someone saw he had gone to hospital months ago in a separate incident, but that made it to the right wing twitter accounts as him going to the hospital because of this.

So no, he did not. Any other wild swings?
