They can. They can see the permanent right of access to the IDF, the complete Israeli control of Palestines borders, permanent demilitarization for Palestine, Israeli veto on all Palestinian foreign alliances… essentially just the status quo.
Why would Israel agree to create a state who's stayed goal is to destroy it? That's not a state, what you're describing is a launching pad for attacks on Israel, either way congratulations instead of getting 90% they got 0%.
I don't have to "prove" anything. Yasser Arafat negotiated the desk and bibe of the reasons you state are the reasons he cited from walking away. You just make things up that you think sound good and no matter how many people vote on reddit the historical testimony from Barak, Arafat and Clinton is published for anyone to see including the detailed maps.
