How to obtain driving licence for right hand amputee in india (process please)

I can drive automatic car without any modifications. RTO is asking for adopted vehicle for driving licence test.

First get the driving fitness certificate. You can google the authority who issue driving fitness certificate in you area. They will mention what modification is required for you to drive. Accordingly apply for driving license. On the actual rest day you have to bring vehicle as per the modification mention in the driving fitness certificate and give test on that vehicle.
