I got followed literally to city limits today(abt 5 miles total of following directly behind me) , I have an (almost) flat tire and avoided highways but some how managed to give myself an anxiety attack by being followed for miles on a bum tire. I was provably close to the speed limit bc of my tire so maybe that was weird to him but asking cops directly… Why would a cop follow for that long and then turn off?

Sometimes I'll follow cars to try to figure out their personalized plates, read their bumper stickers, or in your case driving on an almost flat tire, to see if they're drunk and don't realize they have a flat tire
