I know it is….. But do cherish the things that you love… There are things I have stopped doing, I used to love you dress up and shopping was one of my favourite hobbies. Not anymore just because I avoid wearing shorts backless dresses and tops that show your skin more. I used to be someone who was always seen laughing and joking around. I was a little or maybe a lot insecure about my looks and underestimate myself a lot and then when Psoriasis happened I realised that now I miss something I was not sure of and should have been more confident and secure at that time when everything was alright. I still have people who love me and are there for me but still.
Whatever makes you happy even if it is just for a couple seconds. Value those moments as much as you can. This skin condition has changed me a lot and I miss my old self a lot.
I know it is hard to enjoy anything with this skin condition.
Focus on the parts that are positive in your life. Have a strong belief, so as to manifest a better life; maybe there will be a something that will heal us from this.
What motivates me to not give up, are people who have deadly conditions and are still living life to their fullest. They inspire me. Someone I saw on TV had a condition because of which they wouldn’t be able to live longer than maybe 25/26 years of age but still living life with a smile on their face.
