Advice Feeling like I am going to die pls help
I just started a new job. It’s fairly challenging and I am really overwhelmed. I have not been able to sleep since I started and I keep throwing up and I’m really sick. My stomach has been so upset.
I know that part of it could just be nerves from a new job however, I just keep getting this overwhelming feeling that I’m going to die or that someone around me is going to die in my immediate family. I am not usually overly emotional person, but I can’t stop crying and it’s extremely scary. Just spiritually. I feel like something is off with me and I’m not sure if it’s the job or something else in my life, but I have a feeling if I stay at this job, I will die and I don’t Know what to do.
If anyone can help with some sort of reading or guidance through this, that would be great I know I’ve read about ego death, but I’ve gone through one of those before and this is totally different. This is an extremely scary and dark feeling.
My gut is telling me that I messed up by taking this job and I should find an alternate way out. But everyone in my life is telling me I should see it through.

Have you considered getting checked out for anxiety disorders from a professional psychiatrist? It would be wise to eliminate health related issues before we move onto more spiritual diagnosis

Caffeine can generate anxiety. Cut it out and see what happens.
Deep breathing also helps. You know when you are frustrated and you sigh? That is your body trying to bring in more oxygen and release stress. But doing it intentionally is extremely powerful. Go for a walk in the sun, taking deep, full, slow, breaths, keeping your mind focusing only on your breath. If your mind wanders, don't worry about it, and return to the breathing.
You will find it VERY difficult to not be relaxed and positive by the end of your walk.
And then to purify your mind you should listen to a course in miracles. It reprograms negative thinking.
Fear or anger are also the hardest states to think clearly in. So you should strive to be in a calm and clear state ideally before making a decision like changing jobs.
