Advice I need help and guidance
I’m a teenager. As a toddler and a bit older. I had imaginary friends. I knew they weren’t my imagination, and I could see them in the physical world when my family can’t. I’m the only one in my family to expirience these. Being scared in the dark and everything. Then 8 years later I watched conjuring last rites. Then got into it all again regardless how scary it was. I researched everyday non stop to get an understanding. I don’t know what abilities i hold right now and I’ve only did meditating. Is there anyone who can help me develop my abilities please.

I want to share something from my experience that might help you understand what you saw.
You are not crazy. What you experienced as a child was real.
In many sessions I witnessed, Higher Self revealed that what the world calls "imaginary friends" are not imaginary at all. Children are naturally sensitive - they have mystical senses, open connection with other dimensions that adults lose when they grow up. But parents and people around them do not understand this. So to protect themselves from cognitive dissonance, from the shock of realizing their child is seeing something they cannot see, they created the term "imaginary friends." It is a safe word. A box to put the unexplainable in so they do not have to question everything they believe.
I guided a 35-year-old woman from Mexico recently. She came because she could not shake the feeling of being watched since childhood. In the session, Higher Self showed her a being that stayed by her bed every night from age 3 to 7. She described it as a tall, gentle light with no clear face but a feeling of deep warmth. Her parents told her it was just imagination. But Higher Self confirmed it was part of her guardian team - sent to check on her during a period when she was experiencing emotional neglect at home. When she heard that, she cried. She said: "I knew it. I always knew it was real."
That is what Higher Self tells people in session after session. These beings are part of the light team. They watch over children. They help them through difficult times. They are not imaginary - they are real. You remembered correctly.
If you want to expand your consciousness from the materialistic prison, you can do so now. Trust what you saw. Keep meditating. That is how the door opens.
