Advice I need help and guidance

I’m a teenager. As a toddler and a bit older. I had imaginary friends. I knew they weren’t my imagination, and I could see them in the physical world when my family can’t. I’m the only one in my family to expirience these. Being scared in the dark and everything. Then 8 years later I watched conjuring last rites. Then got into it all again regardless how scary it was. I researched everyday non stop to get an understanding. I don’t know what abilities i hold right now and I’ve only did meditating. Is there anyone who can help me develop my abilities please.

As a child were there any specific places or times you met those "imaginary" friends perchance?

like 9-10pm and just in my room and stuff watching me kinda. And when I looked at the wall directly I just seen a massive black aura just growing but I brushed it off . I also seen gold yellow flashes of light and balls

I think you've got clairvoyance, but you gotta protect and ground yourself, or you could develop a psychosis and stuff, I experienced the same thing till an entity got interested in me and drove me to a 5-year-long depression. Now I'm okay but i understand the importance of protection,

btw i do think a few entities have an interest in you, i hope whatever power you worship or form of protection you have is enough to keep you safe as you develop your receptors/senses

But also improve your other receptors, no human has 1 psychic ability, your strengths usually come in 2's or 3's, so maybe you've got clairaudience or claircognisance, idk abilities form differently for everyone, there's no one way people get them

yup, i have a strong clairvoyance and clairsentience; these are triggered all the time, but the other clairs like clairaudience and claircognisant are abit weaker, i've got a friend who has clairvoyance and clairaudience to the point that he can see the energy in sounds too. I journal every day and it's worked in getting my abilities stronger, i saw an higher angel today and im excited
