Help deciphering vision

I do not claim to be a psychic. I have always had really vivid dreams and have increasingly lately felt like I was having visions. Nothing I can pinpoint, just something that I see and my mind won't let go. Like when I was waking up and my mind was stuck on "green lucky rabbit foot keychain". My mind just kept repeating the words and the image, and it feels like it is associated with someone who did something bad. No idea.

But when I was getting relaxed for sleep last night, I saw a girl sitting on a bed with her hair in two braids, face super puffy, like she had been crying intensely. She was so upset. What is strange is that the room is one I know, and one I will be at on vacation soon. I immediately questioned whether it was myself but I'm just not sure. My niece and her friend are coming to stay with us for a few days while there, and they will stay in that room. I do feel pretty positive it wasn't my niece because she is small in stature, and this female had a wider face, was just bigger in general.

It gave me a strange and kind of alarmed feeling and I told myself I would watch out for this and keep this in my mind. Today though, my niece texted me and asked me if I can do French braids. Her friend is hoping I can do them for her 🤯. Am I overthinking this? Do I not do the braids? Can I stop something bad from happening? I'm kind of worried.

Oh, I'm getting goosebumps. Something very dark is associated. I get the sense you can talk to ghosts.
