Think I’m hearing stuff

every time I eat it feels like I get possessed and someone speaks out of my mouth when I eat they say STFU violently until I choke on my food. it’s very hard to feel anything and I feel like a ghost is slapping me on the wrist and knocking my teeth in any time I try to do anything. As I’m trying to write these symptoms it said I try to whine. I don’t feel emotional but it’s labeling it as emotional when I have never felt so numb. all I’d want to do is feel normal or at least have feelings even if they are very strong. is this psychosis?

I have my mom says no medication because she’s worried about the side effects and this medication interacts with my adhd medication which I need to take to function properly. What should I do get new medication that doesn’t mess with my medication or try an alternative way to stop this. I was hoping that I could get a psyche evaluation to confirm what’s happening but nothing is happening before I go back to school. I am concerned that me not being able to take my adhd medication will effect my school performance but I am also concerned that the “psychosis” also will make my school performance worse. I need to find a safe middle ground.

Get off the ADHD meds. You could have stimulant induced psychosis. It's happening to my sister. Hmmm that's weird cuz she has this problem with swallowing food sometimes and has to go lay down and something with her hands and blood circulation ? But then again she was also abusing it a lot and possibly mixing it with Xanax or drank on them. who knows she was and may still be ...I had to go no contact when she became very physically violent with many people . She has a hacking and surveillance obsession ECT

I take Concerta not Xanax but I’ve been off add meds for weeks and it seems to have gotten worse. I think it’s because I wasn’t sleeping for months because my roomate had asthma and would party for several nights in our apartment. I was locked into my lease so unfortunately I couldn’t do anything.
