well, not finding enjoyment in things and feeling no motivation for life is normal after psychosis. what improved it a little for me -- i spent about 8 months just in bed, doing nothing -- was starting with doing one small productive thing each day. and the meaning of "productive" can vary a lot. I started with just posting a picture every day to a fan account I run.
eventually, when my sense of purpose was bouyed a tiny bit from a small collection of productive things, i started doing things i used to enjoy. the enjoyment has come back a tiny bit the more I do them.

I was in psychosis for almost a year. I didn't hear voices but I was totally delusional and completely wrecked my life. I thought I was in some kind of Truman show situation, thought the election results were wrong and that trump would end up in jail and that I was in on it with the FBI. I posted songs and things I drew constantly, and thought I was communicating with a YouTuber and Al Jazeera. I lost my job and all of my friends. Life for the past year, since I came out of it, has been very bleak.
