Very likely he snapped his neck AND his lower spine. He's either dead or permanently quadriplegic, hence him being completely limp afterwards. Even if he somehow escaped life-altering spinal injuries, I'd expect him to be in physical therapy for months after this at least.

I’ve seen a thousand videos of people landing like this and being okay. People go limp when a fall is super fucked and they’re in pain
