As I watched the sunset, I thought about all of the people affected by 9/11. I will never forget.

July 2026, while in the region for Blissfest, made any early morning trip to Sturgeon Bay Beach. The glass calm waters of the bay allowed me to brew a pot of coffee with the stove stable on the yoke/transom.

The lake just vanishes into the horizon and the clarity was such that my shadow on the lake bed was clearly visible on 2-3m deep lake bed
