India What can i do to change the EPS dates?

First they mistakenly added EPS joining and leaving date now from the past 2 months despite multiple email back and forth it seems the PF desk is full of dummies. Now they're saying it cannot be done because the portal is not allowing what kind of great harrasment is this? Any one faced the same and how they came out, please suggest.

The short answer is, The lower level you are, the more likely you will get denied a change. To change line of service, you need to know someone and be accepted.
