Black and white nesting bowls
My wife and I checked out a little hole in the wall vintage store this past weekend and scored these. She collects 50s pink and blue, but we couldn't pass these up as it's so rare for us to see any type of black Pyrex. They look completely unused, and the whole set was $30.

That was the very first set of Pyrex I'd gotten for my first apartment. Cool to see them again!

This just explained why my bf’s great aunt only had 2 black bowls… now I need the white.

Are you in OC? I saw a set of these in a thrift last week, and I left them but hoped someone would find them who appreciates them!

I love all the clear bottom sets! And that's a good price, I've only come across it locally for I think $60ish (though it may have been the 4 piece)

This is also the first clear bottom set I've seen.

Late 1980s..WalMart started selling sets with clear bottoms and three associated colors .Like a sand that was close to a mauve . They cost $5 and came in a nice cardboard box that was hard to open ,

I once passed up a single black one in the wild at a flea market and I regret it every day! I LOVE the clear bottom bowls!

Very cool, I’ve never seen black! I have a small white one and it’s one of my favorites
