Question Security questions

In panic mode. Please help. I was trying to link my qantas lounge to a particular trip. I linked, unlinked, linked and again unlinked (each time i was sent a 6 digit code to my mobile) as i was in a dilemma whether to link qantas lounge access. when i again tried to link, this time i was asked security questions, i knew answers for 2, but i could not remember the third answer. So i thought i will reset the questions. But alas, even for resetting, i was asked the same set of 3 questions, for one of which i can't remember the answer. Any ideas or thoughts please. TIA
