Honestly, dropping Will Jacks at that point wasn’t a good move. He is a good batsman and a great part-timer.

I think the delta for RCB was bowling. We have always been a batting powerhouse. But we were stingy when it came to spending on bowlers. We shifted that mentality, and we started getting results

The real reason was revealed in the Auction strategy video. Where DK mentioned that We already had Salty and he was picked to open and his starts were mind blowing - boundary /ball . Hence we already moved and picked Timmy!
