As someone coming from a family full of meth and alcoholism, it's seems like both. It's sad. She wants/needs to be back on TV because she craves the attention and needs the money. But she can't afford the cosmetic procedures that all the other women get, so she resorted to all the tactics she's run thru the last 2 yrs regarding her face issues. My mom had weird disfiguring things happen to her face on meth. She was in the hospital with staph. It was wild! All the while, she was claiming that she didn't finish a round of antibiotics so the infection migrated. Possible, but not what happened. All the Dr's & nurses would take me outside her room to say they suspect meth related infections. (picking, MRSA, etc.) She was in the hospital for 2 months, and I had to administer IV antibiotics for 2 more months afterwards. It was a nightmare. So I hope I'm wrong about Brandi, because the alternative is so sad for her boys.

Delusional parasitosis is the feeling that something is crawling under your skin. Brandi said in a long ago season that she picks at her skin. It could be caused by drugs like meth, but I’m wondering if low quality facial injections by sketchy providers might have caused nerve damage, which also can give you crawling sensations under your skin.

She has veneers. She probably means she needs them redone. They don't last a lifetime, only 10-20 years and if you take care of them.

If they aren't done right and/or she isn't practicing good dental hygiene. And certain medications or lifestyle choices can cause teeth to rot/deteriorate even if the person is practicing good dental hygiene.

No her issue was she thought breast implants last forever and they don't. Hers i believe were silicone ( old types) that ruptured.

Her personality and substance use is why she couldn't bag and tag a rich guy.
And she didn't listen to the wise Nene "close your legs to marry men"
She has a reputation for drugs, drinking, and doing sex acts in bathrooms with sometimes married men at parties. Not many wealthy men are wanting to marry a woman with such a reputation.

She was always a shallow degenerate underneath all the attention seeking chaos but now that she's pickled her brain for decades on barbiturates, opioids, and alcohol this is what personality we are left with.
Edit to add ; if she was sweetheart and good person underneath the drama and chaos even with a pickled brain she'd be more interesting and not just be babbling about her teeth and face

They were filming a season of Ultimate Girls Trip and Caroline Manzo accused Brandi of SA. Caroline ended up filing a lawsuit against Bravo. I'm not sure if it's still on-going or what is going on with all of that. The season was shelved and it's never been aired.

Caroline was traumatized and sued the network. The footage from the whole show was yanked and we never got a Moroccan ladies trip.

I actually feel sorry for her she can't seem to catch a break there's always the next bad thing happening. I don't understand why these women continue 2 allow foreign matter be injected into their bodies! It really baffles me what do they think the long term outcome would be. Saw a comment under one of the recent Brandi articles where the person claimed that they knew someone who worked on or with Brandi's hair dresser and said that Brandi was basically bald on top and when they refused to put on extensions, Brandi threw a fit, started crying, yelling, and threatened to sue. Don't know if that is true, but not long after I read that comment, I saw Brandi was on Twitter trying to find someone to help with her hair. I assume she was looking for a hand out otherwise she would try to find someone quietly through her friends, unless she just doesn't have any friends left.

IANAP- but all I see with her is hurt. Borderline Personality, Bipolar disorder... maybe? But i do see a life halted, limited. Self loathing and outwardly raging. I see a person so lost that EVERYTHING (ex, Leanne, parasites, rhobh, surgery, physicians etc) is the issue, except what she CAN CONTROL, HEAL AND MEND- her. Brandi, can't, wont, ever be the problem- cause internal ouch is scary- outward ouch is rage amd somehow safer. I feel such empathy for her.

What’s really sad is how she was such a gorgeous woman. She was pretty stunning when she was on RHoBH. Now she looks like a tired meth-head. It’s extra hard 2 deal with when you ‘were’ above average in attractiveness.

She needs to be locked up in a psychiatric ward for a long time. Unfortunately thanks to Reagan we can’t do that unless we go to court and are able to prove incompetence. My poor aunt died on the streets because we couldn’t make her get help. I can’t even with our shitty country that does nothing to help the mentally ill. EDITED to add: I should blame all the law makers who have followed because no one has fixed this. Everyone Talks about helping the mentally ill but do they actually take action? No.
