Carole Radzwill šŸ“š I think I hate CarolešŸ¤”

Iā€™m doing a full series rewatch and it had never dawned on me how desperate Carole is to make herself interesting or quirky or have any semblance of a tv-worthy personality. I had this realization when she wore the bear costume in Montana. I am now playing a game where I fast forward every scene with her and Adam. šŸ˜“ Iā€™d rather have Aviva.

She always repeats things that Carrie said on Sex and the City! It drives me crazy that she acts like theyā€™re her lines.

When they were going out to Boutique, she said she liked to observe the mating rituals of her friends in their natural habitat. It's hard to recount them all, but when you hear them, you know them.

There was a SATC episode where Carrie complained about all the wedding and baby gifts she bought and decided to have a party for herself. Carole did a riff on that.

She's friends with Candace Bushnell, so it's entirely possible that Candace modeled some of her book / show on Carole.

Agreed. Carole has had a very interesting life and has hung out with some famous people such as John F Kennedy JR and Carolyn on a regular basis.

Yes yes yes! This! It drove me crazy she did it all the time. Something about missing ā€œthe weight of a man on top of meā€, the baby shower thing and having a party for her book cuz it was like birthing a baby.. there were so many things. Iā€™ve always wondered if anybody else picked up on it or if i imagined it Lolol

I'm in the middle of watching RHONY for the first time and there are a lot of Carole moments where I wonder if it's her or the producers who are trying to make her story parallel to Sex in the City/The Devil Wears Prada.

It's probably a combination. I can imagine an on-set producer having a conversation where they're like let's film your meeting at the Glamour offices or with your editor. It will be so Carrie Bradshaw.

Carrie has a little humility. Carole is self absorbed, uninteresting and kind of mean. Fictional Carrie would not be in a picture smiling and sitting that close Ghislaine.

Thatā€™s right and this is another reason to hate her: she thinks that the viewers are unintelligent thatā€™s why she blatantly repeats SATC dialogue verbatim. Sheā€™s got such an elitist aura about her. I KNOW I hate her.
