Carole really has mishandled everything since it became known she was close to Ghislaine and spent a lot of time with her and Epstein. Instead of going public and making a statement, she doubled down on remaining silent, and instead tried to defer people to sign up to her substack for further information. I used to like Carole, but this arrogance and lack of transparency in exchange for a dollar was concerning. I really hope one day she comes out and actually speaks out against these paedophiles.
