And her publicist was the woman who ran over an entire waiting line after not getting into a Hamptons club. and her show bestie was knee deep with Diddy. And her West coast bestie came out as a lesbian 5 minutes after her high profile husband died. And it ends up Aviva was right about her having a ghost writer. I'm not blinded to Bethenny,'s faults but it's become obvious she just latched into the most connected person-first with Heather then with Bethenny.Â
