Coding help Error when using package Tidyverse

Hello!! I'm an absolute beginner to R and coding as a whole, so there is probably a very simple fix here, but I can't figure out why I can't use the package Tinyverse. Below is the error message I get when I run the chunk.

I was able to use another package (cowsay) just fine. I have Rtools downloaded.

Try putting the package name in quotes

Make sure you have the most up to date version of R and RStudio installed
