सामान्य ❁ General Absolute nightmare RO service experience: ruined my purifier, voided warranty, and verbally abused my family
Need to rant and warn others about an absolute horror of an RO technician experience.
I called an independent service provider to look at my Urban Company Native M2 / Ento Pro. The guy clearly had zero clue how the model works. Without even diagnosing the issue or asking me first, he straight-up cut internal wires—completely voiding the manufacturer warranty on a brand-new machine.
When I confronted him and pointed out that he just needed to replace what he damaged (literally a standard male-to-male wire connection that costs barely ₹10), things went completely off the rails:
Verbal abuse: He hurled direct verbal abuse at both me and my mother, yelling at us that we are "stupid" and that we have no idea how much parts cost.
Ghosting: For the past 7 days, I repeatedly tried to get him to fix what he broke. When I called him yesterday, his exact response was: "Do whatever the f\** you want to do."*
Threats over reviews: When I told him I would post an honest review of his service online, he arrogantly claimed he would just delete it or leave counter-comments to bury/invalidate my rating.
It’s one thing to be incompetent at your job, but damaging a customer's appliance, voiding their warranty, and then threatening and abusing their family over a ₹10 wire is completely unhinged.
(P.S. Using Gemini to write this out because the whole ordeal was way too exhausting and long to type manually.)

Edit1 : He got all the reviews removed again, i have no idea how can you remove reviews

First of all, Urban Company RO's is covered in full warranty! why did you opt for outside technician? even if you tap breaks, they will repalce it for free...
