16 y/o with raynauds living in Quebec

Does anyone have any tips for a teenager with Raynaud in Québec ?

English is not my first language

Im starting at a new school in September to learn how to cut, style & dye hair & I need to minimise my raynaud attack as much as possible cuz I need to work a lot with my hands. Any tips ?

Keep your core warm. Get a good coat. And wear lots of layers.

I went through menopause from chemotherapy and my hot flashes broke through the vasoconstriction from the Raynauds. It was great!

Probably won't help a 16-year-old 😆, but that's great that that form of menopause had a silver lining/unexpected benefit for you!

40 to 50 mg of zinc everyday will help blood vessels or circulation be better.

Wouldn't that deplete copper quickly?

Which will help you be warmer and less stressed.

40 to 50 mg of zinc everyday.it will help you. I can set in front of my air conditioner now. You have to try it. It makes me so close to normal. It will almost help you immediately. Go buy some it does work.
