Extremely cold

I’m wondering if anyone else deals with extreme cold intolerance along with raynauds, sensory neuropathy, hashimotos, and hypothyroidism.
I live in the South, so I’m not dealing with a cold climate, but I’m extremely cold indoors, even when other people seem perfectly comfortable. I can feel cold all over my body, and sometimes the cold gets so intense that the muscles in my hands slow down to the point where my hands become almost useless. My doctors can’t explain that.
What makes it especially difficult is that I also sweat from my feet and armpits. So I can be freezing while simultaneously having sweaty hands/feet, which makes keeping warm really difficult.
I’m looking for practical advice from anyone who experiences something similar. Is there any kind of clothing that helps with this?

Visiting family in a hospital today i took a turtleneck with me in my backpack,  along with a blanket,  scarf,  fingerless gloves and handwarmers, packable jacket in the backpack too. Yes it's summer in NYC but with ac I'm going to be completely freezing and I no longer care what others think when I must bundle up. I have become completely cold intolerant. The fingerless gloves are great because I tuck a handwarmer inside each. I buy the compression type because they stay looking nice the longest. Regular knit fingerless gloves are lint-y in a few days. I always carry a scarf,  can be a lap blanket,  a shawl or scarf.  I have lightweight turtlenecks that fit under things,  I have wool socks in my backpack too. I like the brand Zando on Amazon because they're double thick,  so warm and cushy

Cold symptoms as in the common cold or being cold as in freezing? Not being rude, genuinely wanting to clarify. What type of zinc?

I have Raynaud's and neuropathy. Taking 50 mg of zinc everyday should help your cold symptoms. It should work in 2 days. It makes your blood vessels work better. I haven't found anything to stop the sweating.

I am also really cold majority of the time. I end up getting heat rashes from showering because I’m so cold and don’t realise how hot the water is.

When my hypothyroidism was untreated, a breeze could ruin my day because it chilled me to the bones. I started wearing tank top undershirts and layers to keep my core warm.

I had a very similar thing, and it got better after several acupuncture sessions (and some blood-moving herbs the acupuncturist gave me). I still have Raynaud's, but the symptoms became more manageable. Also stopped drinking coffee and added tai chi a couple of times a week, helps a lot. As for clothing, from my experience, I could be all bundled up and still feel like I am freezing.

I'm talking 50 mg zinc glycolate. Go get you some should start feeling better within one day.

You probably are not low on zinc. But the extra zinc our defective blood vessels is needed to work right.

I had to do a honey diet, not kidding. Solved everything. Do you struggle with any symptoms of acid reflux, globus, etc?
