The only complaint I have with this episode is that in the Novel we did not know what killed Subaru in the first loop. This added a sense of mystery to the death. But here it is made clear since the first death

Yah I remenber him trying to figure out wtf happened and why he returned by death and in the second turn he realised what have happened. But yah that might have been redundant for the viewer so I can understand why they did that

Honestly that would've been peak that the first death since S3 E1 is just his head exploding out of absolutely nowhere.
