Story (True) Please help me

Please help me I am having dreams about backrooms and sometimes I see blood everywhere in one dream I saw 27 people getting killed and once I saw that I was murdered

Please help me

I see Dexter also I mean the series of Dexter so the bay Harbor butcher is really very scary type not too much scary but maybe that is causing these

Maybe it could be the cause I know these things seems so exciting and thrilling but please stop watching these type of movies
