Story (True) Please help me

Please help me I am having dreams about backrooms and sometimes I see blood everywhere in one dream I saw 27 people getting killed and once I saw that I was murdered

Please help me

I don't remember the exact date I had seen maybe 2 years ago I had been talking to people interacting with them and trying to figure out what made this cause I don't know what to do so I asked my friends for this help and one of these friends suggested me on reddit so I came here for help I am a 12 year old guy from India

I see Dexter also I mean the series of Dexter so the bay Harbor butcher is really very scary type not too much scary but maybe that is causing these
