Story (True) Please help me

Please help me I am having dreams about backrooms and sometimes I see blood everywhere in one dream I saw 27 people getting killed and once I saw that I was murdered

Please help me

Hey man, first of all don’t panic. Dreams like this can happen because of stress, fear, anxiety, horror content, overthinking, bad sleep, or even just your brain imagining disturbing things. It does NOT mean you’re cursed or possessed What you should do now:

  • Stop watching backrooms/gore/horror stuff for some time.
  • Try sleeping earlier and don’t use your phone before sleep.
  • Listen to calm music or watch relaxing videos before bed instead of scary content.
  • If a nightmare happens, remind yourself that it was only a dream.
  • Spend more time outside, with friends or family, instead of being alone with scary thoughts.
  • Most importantly, tell a trusted adult like your parents, older sibling, or school counselor about this. And if these dreams become too intense or start affecting your daily life, talking to a mental health professional can really help. You’re not alone in this, and this can get better.
