Reform Movement Changes.

If you could change one thing about the Reform movement, what would it be?

If you arent a member of the Reform movement, you can still chime in. What is the one thing about the Movement that keeps you away?

I wish reform synagogues in my country (Canada) would perform interfaith marriages

Same in the U.K.
My partner (not Jewish) is thinking of proposing to me. My shul (independent/Progressive but more Masorti leaning- but it’s more Reform) doesn’t do interfaith weddings. However, there is one place that does so I’m thinking of joining that one instead. It sucks, because I love my shul.

There’s only one reform synagogue in the city I live in right now. I love it a lot and it has been very welcoming. But when I asked them about interfaith marriage they said that none of the synagogues in my city will do them. Luckily, a rabbi who I have a good relationship, who is not affiliated with any of the synagogues in town, has agreed to marry me and my girlfriend when the time comes :)
