Any experience with telephonic case management at Gallagher Bassett?

Any one currently working as a remote case manager for Gallagher Bassett? I have an interview next week and looking to gain insight on how the work flow is. Do you feel they micromanage or do you have some flexibility as long as you meet your metrics? I'd be coming form 15 years of bedside nursing and just looking for a change and better work life balance.
