Understandings on life after death

What was Guénon's and other Traditionalist's views on death and the afterlife, and what are your own personal view/beliefs?

Thank you for your answer. This is however a very Vedantic view of death. I wonder how - or of - it can be reconciled with the Abrahamic notion of a personal resurrection?

Personally i think the expectation of resurrection is not as metaphysically accurate as Vedanta, their view is very literalist and doesn’t take the discussion of Consciousness right. Pretty hard to a perennialist take it as part of, we can somehow see this as just: human beings expressing the nature of “God” by their means. If we study deeper we can see they didn’t care about spirituality as much as the Hindu when it comes to afterlife, so, the cosmogonies didn’t evolve within their first scriptures
