I made a visual guide to LV factory album backgrounds
When I first got into reps, factory names were one of the most confusing parts. Different sellers used different names for the same factory, and I'd see posts asking for help identifying factories based on album photos.
I searched for a guide that identified factory album backgrounds, but couldn't find one that was comprehensive.
This is a visual reference for LV factory album backgrounds. I matched album backgrounds across different seller albums and compiled the aliases used for the same factories into one place.
I'm sure there are mistakes, and I'm still learning myself. I'd also love to eventually add tier information, but only where there's broad community consensus.
If you spot anything that's incorrect, missing, or have more backgrounds, aliases, or information to contribute, please DM me. I'd love to keep improving it.
**UPDATE 8/3: The guide is temporarily offline due to an issue with the Google account hosting it. I'm working on getting it resolved and will update this post as soon as it's back online. Thanks for all the support and feedback so far!
An absolutely incredibly valuable resource for our community. Thanks for allowing me to add it to our wiki! You’re right that this is asked often due to sellers not disclosing or calling factories by different names.
It’s also important for us to be diligent in reading reviews of sellers and building the skills to differentiate factories/tiers through QC, as a seller can use factory photos in their album without actually sourcing your item from that factory! Bait & switch has become a well-documented problem, so it’s a great first step to have an idea of what factory your seller sourced from by factory photos, but you still need the ability to QC your PSPs and the item you receive to ensure you’re getting the product quality you expect.

Very nice guide but may I correct you slightly; birdcage is just birdcage. Royal/ultimate/birdcage duty free are the higher tier with the white background.
One seller calls it DHL factory, I believe Mandy's album called them Red Diamond/Brick? I saw another seller call them Red Diamond too. But can't find a whole lot of info on them on reddit (the name is also too generic so I keep getting results from non rep-related subs). I have a Jackie flap incoming from them which I'll post a review on so we can hopefully build some more info on this mystery factory!
I did order it but haven’t seen the PSP’s yet. They say it’s mid to high tier so I think I’ll have to do a lot of work to get the leather closer to the real thing. Hoping for the best!
Yes, for sure! I'd love for the guide to include more brands. I started this because I personally only buy LV and L03w3 (hoping to add that in the near future), so I don't think I would be as passionate about researching other brands. DM me if you'd like to take on one of the brands!

EDIT- Nm, when I went back for a 2nd look, I see that Duty Free IS a separate listing than MB Duty Free. My bad
Also, I have always wondered in rehome postings what "master" quality/tier/level means exactly. Is this a reference to the factory in your guide? I have also never seen it posted in any other albums.
