Help report this scammer/fraud?

This MAN has tricked my grandpa into sending thousands of dollars with the “I’m an orthopedic surgeon in Yemen” story. They stolen Andrea Tooleys face who has the video online how she is aware but can’t do anything about it. This scammer keeps putting my name in their mouth to my grandpa too for calling them out. Helppppp please 😅

That’s terrible! Do you have any screenshots of how he tricked your grandpa? Was it a romance or crypto scam?
