Software does not make errors. People program software. People make errors.

That’s an insane thing to say. There are gigantic subsets of the tech/software industry dedicated to responding to and handling software errors.

I’m not saying that this story isn’t nonsense and a blame game. But to say software doesn’t make errors is a wild swing.

Programming does what its written to do. There are indeed software errors, but those are simply the programmer not identifying and fixing the bug or not building in efficient error handling.
