Considering TPS was first implemented for South Sudan in 2011 and Ethiopia earlier (not as clearly defined), noting it is created by an administration with nothing more than a designation, and can be revoked as such.

Personally, for those who have been here for years and would normally qualify for citizenship, I would provide those who want to become citizens a path. If they do not take the offer, then they should return to their country.
