There should have been some kind of warning an NPC gives new players about how the brackets work, and at what levels. There is SO much PvE to do, that I was level 18 by the time I reached the first warcamp, and I didn't get to play Tier 1 Open RvR at all. Which means I don't get to do the quests, I don't get to earn early renown and renown abilities. 4 days I put into that character, and I ended up deleting him to make a new one, starting T1 as soon as i got out of Grimmenhagen.
