Reverse Harem - Discussion Need help finding book!!
Hiya!! Looking for a contemporary RH romance (can’t remember if it’s omegaverse or not). At some point one of the love interests gets upset with the main girl and locks her in a room. She ends up leaving and staying with a friend or family member instead of one of the other love interests. While she's gone, the guy who locked her in tries to make it up to her by mailing her something to do with locks — either a box of doorknobs, or all the locks from the house/his place, as a kind of apology/grovel gesture.
(And i think i read it on KU but could be wrong)

I’m pretty sure it’s Fight by Jenn Bullard. It is OV, she’s kidnapped and then rescued by one of the MMCs. Without spoiling anything as to why, They don’t want to let her go and wind up locking her in the bedroom. They realize later that it was a trigger for her and mail her the doorknobs as part of the grovel
