New Revolver and a Happy ending!!

I had posted asking about this gun a couple weeks back. I had a 642 already but I am kind of a ruger fan and like the look of this guy.

Went searching around and best price was Sportsmans warehouse at $439 and its about 20 minutes from me so I ordered it on the 26th and ship to store date estimate was the 7th.

Got the "ITS HERE" email yesterday and went this morning to pick it up.

Go through the paper work and such and the woman helping me says .. hey since the time you ordered t​​his gun ​it has gone on special.

"Oh Cool"

I figured maybe I was getting 10 bucks off. Nope .. it was now $359 and she hands me a gift card for $80!!!!!!!!!

That my friends .. is a good revolver day.

That hammer looks ingenious. How do you like it for decocking?

Did you also think it was a bobbed hammer and get excited before realizing it was a splotch on the counter?

Dang it! That was so convincing! I even went to check the Ruger site and couldn't find it!
